With this, the Prime Minister will inaugurate the new building of the Jharkhand Assembly. Earlier, PM Modi has also launched the Ujjwala Yojana and Ayushman Yojana from Jharkhand. In Jharkhand, more than one lakh farmers have been registered for Pradhan Mantri Kisan Maandhan Yojana.

With this, the Prime Minister will inaugurate the new building of the Jharkhand Assembly. Earlier, PM Modi has also launched the Ujjwala Yojana and Ayushman Yojana from Jharkhand. In Jharkhand, more than one lakh farmers have been registered for Pradhan Mantri Kisan Maandhan Yojana.

In fact, the Prime Minister Kisan Samman Yojana was launched by the Modi government in its first term. Now after this, the Kisan Manadhan Yojana is being started in the second term. This scheme has been targeted to reach 5 crore small marginal farmers in 3 years.

Under the Pradhan Mantri Kisan Maandhan Yojana, farmers will be given a pension of Rs 3,000 per month after the age of 60 years. LIC will manage the funds associated with this scheme.

Farmers between the age of 10 to 40 years will come under the ambit of Pradhan Mantri Kisan Maandhan Yojana. In this, farmers will have to deposit Rs 55 to 200 rupees every month. The amount of money that farmers will deposit every month in this scheme, the same amount will be deposited in the central government account.

The special feature of this scheme is being launched keeping the interest of farmers in mind that farmers can directly transfer the other money which comes under the Prime Minister’s Farmer Scheme to this pension scheme. But if the farmers do not want to transfer that money, then they can go to the Common Service Centers every month and deposit the money in their honorarium account.

If a farmer associated with this scheme dies before retirement, in such a situation his family can continue the scheme. But if they do not want to continue this scheme then whatever amount has been given by the farmer will be paid with interest.

Apart from this, if the farmers do not want to continue in this scheme after depositing money for 5 consecutive years, then the amount deposited will be returned to them, along with interest will also be paid according to LIC Saving Bank.
